One-time engagement, up to $3,000 for extended documentation

Level 02 · Ongoing support
Monthly Partnership
Fractional NPI partner, embedded remotely. We join your key decisions, flag risks early, and keep execution honest — without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Billed monthly · 4-week minimum
- Weekly sync (60 min) with written recap
- Attendance at up to 2 critical meetings per week
- Critical-path questions answered in writing within 24 hours

Level 03 · Hands-on factory support
On-site Engagement
Physically present — factory audits, supplier sourcing trips, prototype build supervision, or on-site troubleshooting. Full-day commitment at your CM or supplier site.
$800 per day + travel expenses
3-day minimum
- Factory audit report
- RFQ / RFP preparation and supplier negotiation
- CM shortlist with comparison matrix
- Prototype and mockup sourcing, including parts FAI
- On-site troubleshooting and escalation
